5 puntos para el lomo saltado de lomo fino del chaparral, en el local nuevo claro, buena ventilación y decoración 2do piso. El lomo cumple lo prometido: es fino, son 150 g, papas sabrosas, arroz y huevo frito de yapa. Por 28 soles, es uno de los paltos mas honestos y sabrosos que probé en Huacho. Ojalá les sirva!
